「Place was very clean and well appointed, but simple. Location is good, near bars, restaurants, and shops.... Also the Crystal Ballroom! Even so, our room was quiet. Soaking pool was lovely and very clean! Great urban getaway 」

「The hotel is EXTREMELY not clean. There were bed bugs on our mattress and I got bitten badly. After we examined the mattress, we also noticed a huge stain at the end of the bed, couldn't tell if it's coffee or blood. The front desk assistant manager Sage was helpful in that she helped us get our payment back and moved us to the Hampton Court hotel next door after we reported the bed bug issue. But still--I have never lived in a hotel where there were bedbugs, even in motels that are $50 dollars...
