"I booked this place bc it was advertised as 3 bedrooms house that can sleep up to 7 people , with beautiful pictures of the house, but when arrived , it was a separate in law apartment in the back with a 1 bedroom , was very disappointed… the place wasn’t clean, dirty dishes and stuff in kitchen cabinets , and 2 overflowed trash barrels out front door. We had to clean the place up before settling in… I wish they have advertised correctly , it was false advertisement I believe …"

"Great location and the price was perfect for summer in Florida. Everything is expensive this year and the house was cheaper than a hotel room. The area was a bit rough, but we were safe. The driveway had a gate that i parked inside of the backyard, which helped us feel safe. The beds were average and not very comfortable. Theres no key for the back door so we always had to walk around front after parking, even in the Florida rain! The amenities were average. There was some dishes, but very basic...

"Even though it was just for the night we had an incredible time at the house. We were immediately greeted by the most friendly and inviting host named Kimberly along with an even friendlier pup named frank. The house was beautifully decorated, bed and pillows were incredibly comfy, and everything was so clean. The room came stocked with water and a kettle with tea bags and granola bars which was such a sweet touch that we really appreciated. It was also so fun to wake up and see a couple chickens roaming around the backyard. I would absolutely stay here again if I come back to Tampa. "
