「Wilton Castle was lovely to visit. We had the "Butler" Suite which was a full size apartment with luxury furnishings. Sean the owner was very knowledgeable and gave us a bit of history about the Castle. Weddings also happened here with the beautiful backdrop of the river it is very picturesque. The only drawback was the was no Bar or Restaurant on the location, we had to go into town for our dinner. 」

「The beautiful Irish countryside has so much to offer. When this is combined with the love for nature that the host Mary shares with you and staying in one of the shepherds huts all conditions for a perfect stay are there. Guidance to nice walks and places to see are part of the warm welcoming to Blackstairs Shepherds Hut. We enjoyed the quietness, a walk along the river Barrow and having dinner in the nearby town Borris.」

「This place was so cute. I only stayed for one night but I wish I had stayed longer. Very clean and cute. You could tell a lot of love and care had been put into the decor. Everything felt cozy and homey. They even had coffee and cookies available in the room. And they provided a little binder full of hiking spots, restaurants, and things to do nearby which was very helpful. If I ever come through this town again o will definitely stay at Madeline’s. 」
