The only thing we can complain about is that we couldn’t stay forever with Cathy! The place is much better than expected (really, much better). Super well equipped, comfortable, clean, and with marvelous decoration. The area where the house is located is absolutely stunning. And of course, we must mention Cathy again, she is incredibly nice, kind, intelligent, talkative, and made our one-night stay feel like being with family. We truly recommend this place to everyone who wants to spend a great time in a relaxing environment and feel at home away from home. We left already planning to come back, and we definitely will. Thank you so much, Cathy, for being such a wonderful human being. Never stop spreading your charisma!

A Wonderful Stay at Mon Petit Cottage ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a lovely time at Mon Petit Cottage in Bunclody! The house itself is beautiful—spacious, spotless, and full of charm. Our room was very comfortable, with plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The breakfast was excellent—fresh, tasty, and made with care. It really set us up for the day! The location is also ideal: peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk into town. Overall, a perfect mix of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. Highly recommended if you're visiting this part of Ireland!

Cathy is a super host! She made us feel very welcomed. The property is very cute. Her breakfast offerings are fantastic. We had a faux pas with the guest washing machine and she graciously assisted late in the evening and had our laundry back to us by morning.

Wonderful B&B in a lovely area with shops, bars & restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated & spotlessly clean. Exceptional room, exceptional breakfast, exceptional hospitality. We only stayed one night, but wish we could have stayed longer. We arrived later than expected, but Cathy was so gracious and greeted us warmly. She even called the morning after we booked so that we could select our breakfast (which was homemade and delicious). Cathy and Paul are welcoming and friendly and gave us a little history of the town. Definitely the place to stay when visiting Bunclody.

Very nice B&B

Good size room in the 2nd (UK 1st) floor in a relatively new building. One double and one single bed. Nice and modern bathroom. Superfriendly host that cooks the most amazing breakfasts ever! Easily accessed by car, good parking, and gate that is locked by night. Walking distance to town center, with pubs and restaurants. Friendly people all over the town. Highly reommenden place to stay.

Exceptional service and host

Absolutely one of the best bed and breakfast houses I’ve stayed at. Cathy has just nailed it here! From the minute you walk in you get a lovely warm welcome The place is spotless with great attention to detail. We stayed in the ground floor USA room with its double windows, king size bed and great shower Upstairs there’s a French and an Irish room. You basically have full use of the kitchen and lounge area plus a garden area for guests. The breakfasts are amazing with a great choice of fresh produce… even the coffee is home roasted by Paul and is divine Highly recommend 😊
