The staff were very attentive to our needs. The counter lady noticed the special need of one of the family members and did special acomodations without us asking. She was extre,elly friendly and helpful. The room smelled nice, and the rooms looked like they wer new. we really enjoyed our stay.

I called before I arrived to see if I could get a room on the ground floor. Management was very nice and accommodated my needs as I have a bad back. The room was clean and the a/c was on in the room when I arrived. Linda the housekeeper is great and a very nice lady.

The staff were very friendly. Bed was comfortable. But, the bathroom was not good. Toilet stopped up, bathroom door would not close, hair in tub, and just not clean.

The stay was what you might expect for the price... the room was clean and comfortable if a bit older. The outside was functional but could use a facelift. The only less than good comment was the breakfast provided was limited to basics... coffe/juice, waffles, and eggs for the most part... still decent but not extensive.

The room was adequate and clean.. however there were drug addicts in the adjacent rooms and noise all night

The only plus was front desk staff was friendly. Floors were very dirty, we asked after first night for them to be mopped, THEY WEREN'T, we bought a Swiffer and mopped them ourselves. Breakfast was poor quality. Room smelled strongly of smoke (despite being a non-smoking room). We used a small bottle of Febreeze on it. They were in the process of painting and hadn't removed tape from door so we could get in. Picture on TV screen was pathetic.

Staff was friendly!! Our room had trash in the restroom. Kids running back and forth in front of our room until late! Got woke up to people screaming outside our room, throwing things at the cars below. Our refrigerator made a horrible sound had to unplug it to sleep! The front door has obviously been kicked in at some point and didn't close properly, I put a chair in front of it to secure it!
