「Great customer service 」

「The rooms have European standards, and the hotel is small and intimate. A real gem! Highly recommended! Good security, on site parking for free. The rooms are spacious and clean, but of course; this is Tanzania, so hot water and wifi might not be top notch at all times, so don't rely on the wifi for work for example. Benson at the reception was very helpful, and works as a concierge if you need to. Don't think twice - book this one, I'll book it for my next trip to Moshi for sure! 」

「I stayed one night upon arrival to Moshi. I was warmly greeted late at night. Check in was super easy. They take a copy of your passport. My room - even though I’d booked a single - was much larger and had a double & single beds. Room was clean and tidy with enough plugs for charging your gadgets. There were toiletries including toothbrushes, soap, shampoo & lotion. Breakfast was included and I even got a nice chef-made omelette. They have a nice sitting area by the pool or you can sit inside....

「This is probably the nicest hotel in central Moshi for Europeans on their first trip to the region. You have to remember that this is Africa and things don't always work but on balance this is a good safe place to stay. Once lesson for us was we were pretty much the only Europeans in the town, trekkers and safari people tend to stay outside, so be prepared, this is a busy African town not a tourist place」

「この宿の一番良いところはオーナー初めスタッフ全員素敵な所です。 皆優しく気づかいが細かく行き届きとても快適に過ごせます。一人できても寂しさを感じることはありません。 また、宿で手配してもらった滝へのハイキング、ランチ、コーヒー農園訪問は驚く程値打ちでですし、とても素敵な体験になります。 夕食はいつも宿でとりました。値段は街のレストランと変わらないので無理して出かける必要はありません。とても美味しい料理がたべれます。そしてテラスから見るキリマンジャロは息を飲む姿です。毎朝キリマンジャロと日の出を見ることができます。」

「Excellent value for price. Stayed with wife and two kids. All enjoyed. It was a fun experience. It is a hostel so keep that in mind, but clean, very friendly, and food was really tasty. Would stay there again.」
