「The rooms were very close to the zoo and Black Country Living Museum.
Check in was easy and we received the codes needed on the morning we were arriving. The bed was comfortable and a small amount of tea/coffee was provided.
The only negatives are that it was a noisy location and the rooms could do with a deep clean.」

「I recently visited with my husband and baby for a weekend away. We had a brilliant stay in the Montana log cabin! The place was spotless on arrival and styled beautifully. We particularly loved the outdoor tub, as well as the seating area at the front with gorgeous sunset views. Easy check in and check out process. 「Great apartment in a decent location, but it was badly let down by basic attention to detail. The portable AC appeared to vent hot air back into the room instead of outside, leaving the space uncomfortably hot overnight. With no windows that could be opened and very poor lumpy pillows, it became one of the most uncomfortable nights away from home I can remember...and I travel alot.」

「Another lovely stay here in The Royalist in a quiet area of the city. May I suggest a Nespresso coffee machine would be a great addition to this beautiful contemporary apartment ? Cleanliness, communication and attention to detail are outstanding . Thanks again .」
