「We enjoyed our stay here. We did the all-inclusive package which I would recommend. Can’t wait to go back again. The staff and location were amazing. The front desk manager Lydd is the best. She helped us choose the best rooms and made our stay a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place to everyone. It’s beautiful, clean, food is delicious, and it’s an experience that you will always remember. The only thing I would recommend would is better entertainment and music by the beach bar....

「Let’s start by saying I gave them months in advance that we were coming and plans and they managed to not fulfill their part of the deal. I paid for extra amenities to be delivered to the room before we got there for my in-laws 52nd anniversary. they fixed it still charged me ice machine didn’t work neither the vending machine, which would’ve been cheaper to buy a soda out of the machine every once in a while, a good way to make sure you go to the bar and spend way more money the Customer...
