「All staffs were friendly especially the manager. The hotel located on nice and lovely beach, food was OK, cleanliness such as bed sheets needs to be improved.」

「Beautiful and spacious villa with a great outline, open living room/kitchen area separated by the pool from the bedroom/bathroom house. So many plants made it even more cozy and beautiful. Everything was very clean, the bed was comfy. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. We were allowed to store our luggage before and after check out. The location is very close to the main street with all the restaurants. A good laundry service is 3 minutes by foot away. We would have loved to stay...

「The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drink were good. The hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms were terrible. My first room, 4115 had blood stains on the bedsheet, mold on the ceiling and the balcony door couldn’t close. After i told the front desk they gave me another room. The 2nd room, 4117, was even worse. There were stains everywhere. I had to use a towel on top of the bedsheet and the bathroom was stinky from the drainage. Both rooms had terrible sound proof....

「Fantastic view from this place! Hot water! Free water during your stay. Staff are really nice and helpful! They have raincoats and umbrella The terrace is very nice. There're MANY warungs nearby this place (also many which aren't at Google maps). So just pick a choice 😉 No need to think you'll have to walk for a long time to have something to eat. In the evenings it gets cold. So bring warm clothes. Also for the night's. And good idea to bring a headlamp when you are going out for dinner,...

「Was ok until the unfortunate passengers who’d been rerouted from Bali all descended on our hotel. The hotel was just not capable of dealing with such demand and traffic so service was incredibly slow and disorganised. They ran out of food and they ran out of alcohol.」
