Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The lack of a ramp, or hotel staff to assist guests with entering the hotel was rather astonishing. I don’t remember staying in a group hotel ever before that had multiple steps to climb in order to reach the lobby. No room service, bar in lobby open for ...

Lovely hotel, staff were very helpful and communicated very well English. Rooms were very spacious. The location for transport was great and only 20 min walk into centre
