Hot water and good water pressure, clean, excellent staff all with positive and helpful attitude, kitchen had excellent quality utensils and cookware, comfortable, and good Wifi. Requested they wash my car and they did so quickly for a reasonable fee. 」

「My third stay at skynest for business trips to Nairobi. The location is great, westlands is safe and walkable with plenty of shopping, dining, and socializing options nearby. Skynest itself is very secure and has a great little market on the ground floor where you can buy essentials, and a decent restaurant. The front desk staff are great. The rooms are great. You'll find cheaper option, but you won't find better. 」

「We loved our apartment at Yaya! So much we came back two extra times in between safaris to rest and regroup. The staff was exceptional! They made us feel like family. Part of why we kept returning. The apartments are huge, clean as could be. There were shower amenities, plenty of towels. The linens are super. When we visit again we are definitely returning here. Thank you for a wonderful experience during our time in Kenya! We will never forget you all ❤️」

「We arrived at the establishment around 930pm east check in but place in terrible condition, moldy, no AC in any room, fans are from 1900 only thing new is fridge. When we came back I was short of breath coz the moldy condition was so bad my larynx literally swole and I couldn’t speak at all. They didn’t have other rooms to switch us to so we had to leave thirty mins after arriving to a better sanitary place. I’m sorry but they need to be shut down and fix their insufficiencies. I understand one...

Only thing was when we asked about the free breakfast the night before, the night clerk said there was no free breakfast, but in the morning when I brought it up with the desk clerk as we left she said the night person was incorrect. Miscommunication, not the end of the world. Good location to the airport.」
