"W were a bit worried as we heard that the staff are not friendly, and they might deduct your deposit. Internet says it’s a hit and miss. We’re now happy to share that we had an enjoyable time staying at Starwest Apartment Alderney on Hay. The room was clean. Amenities are as described. Having a kitchen is great help as we prefer doing our own cooking. Location is good. We had our city tour by CAT buses. There is a kangaroo sanctuary just round the corner! We went there and saw some kangaroos up close. We had a very good stay! "
