「Nice hotel with comfortable stay. Very little sounds from outside. Very nice service from the lovely staff. The breakfas was a bis basic but it had all the essentials (filter coffee with choices of milk inc plant milk; cereal, fruit, toast, jam..). One thing they could improve is to have reading lamps by the bed. 」
「It was a nice experience staying in Lucky 8 during my stay in London. The quality and quantity of breakfast was good. The hotel is close to the railroad station thus it’s convenience to go to the central London .

「They have changed us to another Ilord Best Western hotel when we checked in due to the maintenance of our room. It was too sudden and didn't inform us in advance. I was frustrated at first because we were worried that the other hotel won't be closer than the original one. Luckily, this is closer to the Ilford station as well. So, I didn't think I should complain about it even the hotel hasn't given us prior notice. It's still a good choice if you have tight budget.」
