Whole purpose of my stay is I play in a band and I needed to be at the venue for soundcheck at 3pm, person on the phone from the hotel assured me there would be no problem with us checking in between noon and 1pm, we also requested the room I booked and the room our staff booked to be adjoining rooms, again was told by the hotel no problem. Staff shows up and checks in...
