「I travel a lot for work, and it was great to find this little hotel off the beaten track. The owners are friendly and welcoming, and the room was comfortable and well laid out, with plenty of space. I used the link in the booking confirmation to find the hotel without any trouble, but take care to follow the signs.」

「Room was very clean and comfortable. Never heard any noise from the bar downstairs. Breakfast was cooked to order so fresh and hot. All staff very friendly nothing was a problem for them. Bar patrons were friendly and welcoming」

「I booked the room for my colleague, she said, "the hotel is dodgy, quite dirty and a hostel with interesting characters, smells of weed and generally no safety… the breakfast was really bad and I was the only one there… it seems like it’s not a hotel that is actually used for tourism/business." She felt so unsafe that she left after the first night. I am writing to request a refund. Please advise.」

「What a great host Angela was. We felt welcomed from the time we arrived. Our room was very clean and everything that was promised. The cliff trail was stunning and most needed after a long drive. The only issue I had was a lack of hot water when I showered. However, after breakfast it was fine.」

「Clean & comfortable room. Feel a bit hot and stuffy in sunny summer days, would be better to provide ventilations or fans. Nice food and restaurant. Limited parking spaces at carpark, need to park at back alley.」

「We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful from check-in to departure, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped. The bed was especially comfortable, which made for a good night sleep. Breakfast had a good variety of options and everything was fresh and well presented. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel stay.」

「The check-in process was awful and complicated. They wanted copies of my driver's license and ETA. And I sent that several times but once was not good enough. They wouldn't send me the access code because their online check-in system didn't work. The bed/pillow upon arrival had hairs and what looked like a burger on it. The hotel smelled awful. There was no window in one of the rooms - I am pretty sure that violates fire code/building code. The room we booked wasn't available upon...
