「The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport. They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time. Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great.」

「the room is nice and clean. kitchen is awesome, washing machines is awesome, iron is awesome, ac is awesome. i would book the room here if i visit Tokyo again! but the thing i want to said is: pls make the room on the 1st floor look more obvious so to let other guests know that there’s a room out there. 2) the slippers would stick on ur feet if u r not wearing ur socks/ when ur feet were wet.」

「The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful. The room has a double bed, which is a bit small (kind of standard in Japan). But it provides sofa bed for 3 more guests. So it is good for family of 4-5. The room is pretty new. 「1.住處非常乾淨，有洗衣機和廚房相當方便，房間空間大，可放置大行李箱都沒問題。 2. 安靜的住宅區域，離車站步行約10分鐘。 3. 有一天因瓦斯沒有work，導致當下無熱水使用，而服務人員在線上給予支援解決問題，十分感謝。 4. 需注意之處： 因是公寓式住宅自助check-in, check-out, 沒有寄存行李服務，建議提早準備好行李寄存準備。另外，無電梯，所以必須自行搬運行李上下樓，這點需格外注意。」

「Great location that is near the metro, less than 100m away, Super convenient . Amenities are great and the room is clean and spacious . Even has a stove and pots and pans. Manager was friendly and accommodating too, in all highly recommend 」
