"We had a wonderful stay at Whiteface. After having an issue with our initial room, Tiffany at the front desk, was wonderful and made sure we were moved to another room and generously upgraded our stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious. All of the staff encountered during our stay were wonderful. Great amenities. Would definitely stay there again."

"The door to our room had been broken. We had to swipe our key literally 50 times every time to get in. Staff was rude when a new key was requested due to the key issue. There were balls of hair on the floor in the pool room and all through the pool. The hot tub was not marked broken but the water temp was at 65 degrees. Coffee in the lobby was cold. The arcade games would take the credits but not work with no resolution from staff as the machines are from a "third party". It's really such a shame as my family and I have been going here for years on spring break. We will have to try somewhere new next year unfortunately. "
