「Wow, whst a view. This place is beautiful. The staff are really helpful and accommodating. The only thing to bear in mind is that it's a very steep 15 minute walk to the tavernas and shops in Ioulida. It's honestly an effort to drag back up after dinner and i like walking. Be warned if you have fitness or mobility issues 」

「Stayed three nights as we attended a wedding nearby. Had a lovely stay - although parking at the property was a little challenging (up a gravel hill and there is only room for four parked cars total). The pool and breakfast were great, the room was clean and spacious.」

「Beautiful property. Only one issue: People smoking on their balcony/terrasse/ around the pool are really disgusting. You're quietly having a drink on the terrasse and then you recieve a big whip of smoke, you just wanna vomit. Sorry. In 2025, smoking should be totally banned on all hotel premises. This was the only negative point. Rest is wonderful. 」

「It is a very good experience to stay in Varaba Country House. We arrived the airport around 7 pm, and the driver picks us up on time. The house is very nice and new, the driver is so friendly and the dinner prepared by the cook is excellence! Definitely will recommend to friends and re-visit the house. 」

「I wish we could’ve stayed here longer! Bookmarking this lovely place for hopefully a return trip in the future. Very spacious,m and clean. Beach close by, but a very deep pool is also available. Run by an amazing friendly family. George picked us up from the Port and drove us through town to familiarize ourselves, and then drove us to the airport the following day. Made arrangements for us at the local restaurant too. Just above and beyond! Can’t say enough good things about Villa d’Irene. 」
