「not sure what happened but the hotel charged me 100 more a night then what my expedia rate was. I'm glad I eventually caught it but not sure why it happened」

「This hotel was perfect and great location. We pulled up and everything was tucked away instantly including our car. Staff is very friendly and clean lovely rooms. You can walk all over town easily. We had a gala so we didn’t get to try their restaurants but we plan to next time around. I highly recommend your next stay in Boise to be at the Avery! 」

「Excellent hotel except for the noise. There's an alley behind it with dumpsters that get LOUDLY emptied every night at 3-5am. Lasts 20-30 minutes each time. Then on weekends, the bar behind the hotel plays loud music with the back door open, tons of screaming teenagers in the alley all weekend. I stayed there for a week. Very convenient location and amazing beds, but the noise was unbearable.」

「Shower set up was a bit odd...water sprayed well beyond the half glass shield. The lighting access (via key card) was creative, but awkward in the dark. Staff were all great, bed was very comfortable. Proximity to the Boise Center was perfect. 」

「Room was clean but the hot tub and pool needed to be cleaned. It wasn’t so gross we were afraid to use it, more like there was a lot of people used it yesterday and housekeeping didn’t bother to clean it. The hot tub also had signs of mold.」

「This was the perfect location for visiting the capitol. The room was very clean and comfortable, and had everything I needed. I will be back in the area a few more times and I will be checking their availability first. Staff is super responsive to questions as well. 」

「Excellent property, very convenient to many great choices for restaurants and shopping. Only thing I would want more is a security box in the room. The front desk will lock up your valuables, but an in room safe would be great. Staff is very accommodating 」

「The staff was nice. The room room was very dark (an extra lamp on the table or by the chair would have really helped). The bathroom was very dark. A trash in the kitchen would have been nice as well. The hallway on thr 3rd level smelled moldy. The breakfast was simple, but fine. 」

「Someone entered our room when we were not there. They left an empty soda bottle in the waste basket. I knew that someone was there the minute I walked in the room. We left our sign out on the door to leave our room as it was.」

「Easy access to the property, excellent instructions and communication. The bathroom fan didn't work and the HVAC intake register was packed with dust... other than those two items, the place was clean and a FANTASTIC place to stay, it is in a great location, parking was easy, and all the building amenities/facilities were wonderful~ would definitely stay here again. Thank you!」

「Walk in the bed wasn’t made well looks like somebody just got done sleeping on it. Door is framed all out of place. Shower didn’t work that great. Everything was just poorly. The only good part was the bed. 」
