「Great place to stay and location. 」

「So, our room was great. The hotel and the staff were very nice. The only issue we had, however, was with the valet only situation. I felt like it was very difficult to access my vehicle overnight and I didn't like that. Also, it says it's $30 a night for valet and we were only there for one night, less than 15 hours in total, and they charged me for two nights, I contacted them through their website and they have yet to respond... it's been a week. It's just a little frustrating.」

「Clean room, lots of construction noises starting very early in the am, other guest were loud and little to no sound insulation. Hallway smelled like urine but otherwise a nice place.」

「Love the location. Easy to walk anywhere downtown. Parking was easy but the garage did fill up later in the night. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio. We stayed in the two bedroom suite. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool was small and very busy with little kids, hot tub had a green hue to it but the water felt nice. Didn't seem dirty. The restaurant and lounge area was really nice. The bar is kind of small and tucked into a corner but you're downtown with nice bars and clubs a...

「Everything was as it should be. Staff very friendly, room was extremely clean. The breakfast was hot and tasty. (real food) not cold Danishes and cold cereal. 」

「During our stay at the Grove we enjoyed many of the amenities and services that are offered including the swimming area, Trillium restaurant, and the airport shuttle. At every turn throughout our 4 night stay, the staff were professional and personable.Our room was very comfortable and clean with furnished bath robes and plush pillows. 」

「Hotel is clean and staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is great, walking distance to BSU and downtown. The gym, which is a major desire for my stay, is minimal equipment and not enough for my preference. The provided breakfast is standard, does have oatmilk as an option which is great, but I am gluten free so not a benefit to me. Overall I would stay here again. The bathroom light being tied to the main room not allowing the bathroom light to be on without disturbing your fellow room...
