「The room is clean and nice. The spa decoration and facilities is poor like 2 stars. Restaurants are limited choice. The shower water is not hot enough. 」

「Lovely hotel, the staff are genuinely welcoming and so friendly. You couldn't ask for better staff. The room was big, clean and the hot shower always worked (not always the case in Kathmandu). The location is also great, it's in the pedestrianised part of Thamel but is still quiet at night. I would certainly stay here again as it's a great hotel and location for the price.」
