「The hotel has descent facilities, staff were helpful, kept very clean and tidy. The food was consistently good and the location of the hotel is 10 hours from Munnar which makes it very convenient. The view from the Panorama room was very good. 」

「Wonderful location, a series of very cute cabins nestled into the hillside. We woke up to beautiful views of the forest which we e joyed from our balcony. Great restaurant onsite. The staff were a mixed bunch, the waiting staff were a delight and some of the front desk staff were very helpful ordering cabs for us at 5am, what I assume is the manager left a lot to be desired in terms of communication and politeness. 」
