「I was at Freiburg for two nights visiting my friends. The hotel is easy to find and have great personnel. The receptionists are specially friendly and ready to assist. While traveling at the city, I have encountered business matter that needs a scanner and a printer. Thanks to the hotel's business corner. It allowed me to accomplish my mission (without charging me.) I really appreciated their help. The room itself is also big and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. :)」

「10 minutes walking from train station and city center. Quiet area. Commercial buildings around but no restaurant nearby. Friendly staff. Spacious clean room with air conditioner and elevator. Ice machine at lobby.」

「Petit déjeuner très varié et de très bonne qualité. Personnel en salle très efficace malgré le monde et la cohue le matin... Chambre efficace si ce n'est la clim qui faisait un petit bruit d'ascenseur dès.l'instant où l'on mettait le consigne en négatif. Salle de sport avec matériel neuf (vitesse en mph et non kmh...) mais un peu petite, il manque un banc de muscu à barre mais nécessite bcp plus de place...」

「this is one of the worst hotels i have ever booked. price/value is not there. the receptionist was rude and when I want to borrow the kettle (they don't keep one in the room), waited for an hour, then he said he is busy. the housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning the room, this hotel only have breakfast served. overall, a big disappointment, never again, I will stay at Fourside」

「The hotel is renovated, large and very clean and neat. The staffs are friendly and energetic. There is an elevator in the hotel, and it is very helpful for me. It offers many kinds of food for breakfast and it is delicious. The location is near to most of sites and Christmas markets, only 10-15 minutes walk from the DB train station. I would like to make a suggestion that is to change the kettle, because it usually smells strange when the water is boiled, maybe it can't endure the heat anymore....

「服务不错，交通便利，离4号电车站很近，到市中心只需十分钟。中午的商务套餐性价比高、份量足、含饭后coffee 但不含酒水饮料，也不强制给力小费。晚餐菜式选择不多。洗手间设施总体不错但沐浴质量一般。楼下bar 一直有小甜品卖。」

「酒店位于丛林之中，附近有一家SPA，晚上散步看见不断有弗莱堡市民去，挺不错。 前台小伙子很热情。 餐厅有点奇葩，晚餐所有的桌子都立着预定的牌子，只好退出来。 到前台求助，服务员说没问题，当场帮我们打电话预定。 预定完过去就有座儿了。很奇怪。」

「The hotel asked us to pay again when we checked out. It does not make sense to ask a traveling guest to bear the burden of providing payment evidence. It ruined the good mood of travel in the following days. 」
