「the place is quiet as the bar street and supermarket is five mins walk aside. the shuttle service is good for residence here. if a point i hope to improve is that for the single bed room, pls provide the cooking facility besides microwave. and China Unionpay is not acceppted and my citi credit card(mastercard) issued in china never work here as well.」

「전체적으로 조용하고 조심스러운 분위기에 캡슐방이라 오랜만에 숙면 했어요 더운나라는 캡슐이 짱인듯요 샤워실도 넓고 쾌적해요, 환기도 매일 시켜주시고 청소상태도 깔끔합니다 다음에도 가고싶어요 단지 바로옆엔 식당이 없지만 조금 아래로 가서 육교 건너면 맥도널드쪽 스벅이랑 있구, 그랩푸드도 잘되요 Mrt는 titiwangsa역, 미술관도 근처, 바투케이브까지 돌아보기 좋아요」

「The room that I stayed 7 - 15 got nice table but I couldn't find any available electric socket to use, the only two that I found are behind TV which for TV & Lamp usage, I hope I can use these two but the space behind TV not big enough for me to plug in. please improve !!!」

「This property was beautiful. It is located in an area that may seem isolated, at first, but a ten minute walk up the hill will give you a place where you can shop and eat. The property itself has great amenities like a pool, jacuzzi, and playground. It’s is certainly family friendly. The host was very communicative. 」

「出差時住在這裡，因為距離MITEC很近所以覺得很方便。是同一棟樓里有不同酒店的構造，Ami這一家是公寓式的，樓層比較高，所以除了房間很大很寬敞以外，還可以從落地窗遠眺。 但同時因為很高所以每次電梯都要等很久，可能是因為會展期間入住率比價高的關係。會展第一天的早餐餐廳也是需要排隊，後面幾天好很多，餐食也算不錯。 櫃檯是一個獨立空間，期間因為打印還有房間電燈問題和員工通過WhatsApp聯絡也都很順暢，維修和對應的速度都很快。 只是從這邊去KLCC區域的話會比較遠，周圍除了會展中心裡面的一些店鋪也沒有餐廳，走到最近的mall也有一定距離，建議提前下好grab做好打車的準備。 不過酒店下面的便利店（超商？）東西很齊全很方便，可以滿足日常需求沒有問題。」

「TV channel tak menarik. Terhad sangat. Untuk regular customer juga takde keistimewaan even Kluang Cafe ada di sebelah hotel. Sepatutnya paling kurang set roti bakar beserta kopi pun dah cukup untuk menu sarapan pagi untuk regular customer. Owner yang sama. Takkan nak berkira? Sediakan small freezer untuk family room jika boleh. Mudahkan anak² kecil untuk sejukkan minuman.」
