No staff whatsoever. No coffee or water in room. Beds like concrete and only one pillow per bed. Credit card machines not working so we had to pay cash. Bathrooms nice and good shower.

SOKI KANAZAWA
The location is very nice - quiet but still convenient (located in the mid-point between Kanazawa JR Station and Chaya District). Extremely clean and well-maintained. The public bath opens early at 5am and we went to enjoy it when we woke up early due to jetlag. Staff are very friendly.
