No staff whatsoever. No coffee or water in room. Beds like concrete and only one pillow per bed. Credit card machines not working so we had to pay cash. Bathrooms nice and good shower.

I chose the Japanese Style King room, and after 3 nights, I have to say, I picked the wrong room. It is not comfortable. It's not easy to navigate the room with no chairs or regular table.
