「The Hotel war one of the best ones we had during our Malaysia-Travels. 「The front desk staff allow me to check-in on 3.45 pm while I already inform them that I will check in at 1 pm if it's possible. Need to wait for quite sometimes for them to prepare the room. Despite the staff allow me to check in quite late (almost 4pm), the staff keep on highlighting that we must check out at 12 pm. I quite disappointed with this. I found a bed bug during my stay there. Other amenities provided are good, iron is provided as per request. 」

「The staff were courteous and welcoming. It's best to upgrade your stay as the lower price rooms have no window and are small. Overall not a bad hotel.」

「Hotel breakfast is very good. The view on the top floor restaurant is excellent! Hotel staff is friendly. The only downside is room is way too dark, it is almost unable to work after evening. Hotel needs to consider business traveller needs, room shall be equipped with lamp on desk or improve lighting in any way. 」
