"I had a really nice four night stay at this hotel! The staff were accommodating and friendly, and my room was big and comfortable, and it had a huge bed. The pool was awesome with a nice view. I ate at the restaurant twice ... the food was just okay. The location is perfect for walking around Georgetown. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area!"

"I am very disappointing to the beach, it was actually a stone beach which was not suitable for swimming. Room was spacious, tidy but a bit aging! Also, we bought package with breakfast and dinner, a la carte is ok, but last day, we have buffet and only have choices of curry, even less food or choices than breakfast! "

"After several years, I finally decided to come to The Lone Pine Hotel again for our family summer trip. The concierge had changed to an atrium in the middle of the building. And the old entrance had changed to the coffee corner. It looked like a co-workers space. After I entered the room had changed in a small mirror in the corner and the big logo on the wall. We woke up in the morning and we walked to the Bangalow restaurant for breakfast. The first looked at the difference between Asian and Western styles.
