I stayed at Wesley Hotel Penang during a business trip. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it suitable for work travel. The staff were polite, and the stay was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a good choice for a short business stay.
There was no warning over renovations in or adjacent the property that started before 9AM, which would have made rest impossible.
You get the feeling that they distrust the guest on check-out.
