Hotel is very old . Pillow r very dirty, pillow case r torn n they r still using . They change my booking to another family room because the one that I book the air conditioner is out of order .

Stayed in twin room for 3 nights. Clean & comfy room albeit a little aged ie cracks on wall, shower area starting to yellow. Hairdryer not working & staff did not attempt to rectify even after being informed. Towels are aged & gray - in need of change badly. Still using the good old physical key for room door instead of electronic keycard - if u wt housekeeping, will nd to leave the key at reception. Easy to get food around the area. Overall value stay as booked the rooms at extremely value price.

Nice Budget Hotel

It's a small basic hotel conveniently located. Amenities are very basic like sachet shampoo and small cake of soap. Pleasantly surprised with availability of a hairdryer. Towels are quite clean looking and so are the sheets and pillows.

Room is spacious, but the water heater pressure is low. The air Cond position is not adequate, one end is too close to a/c, the other end doesn’t get the cool air fr the a/c. The curtain could not totally block the light fr lamp post outside during night. Good thing is that they provide water dispenser for free use.

Nice hotel close to restaurants

Everything is new, nice and affordable to stay. The staff is friendly. The room is clean. The parking lot is easy to find. Not too far away from penang bridge.

Comfortable, value for money

We stayed in Family Quadruple Deluxe Room. The room is quiet, has good air-cond and the beds are very comfortable. The phone is outside so need to walk a little. Space of the room is alright for short stay.
