"I booked this hotel for my sister while she was visiting our mum at the hospital, which is just a 3-minute walk away. Itโ€™s also within easy walking distance to nearby cafรฉs and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very clean and neat. The only small issue was that there was no soap for the shower, but that was easily fixed. Overall, itโ€™s a great place to stay."

"Large spacious resort complex - excellent facilities - clean & well decorated communal areas (lobby, restaurant, poolside, gardens). Even though it was a large resort with many people, it didnโ€™t feel claustrophobic and it was very quiet throughout the day and night. All staff were so friendly, pleasant & helpful. On initial inspection of the room, it was spacious & very well presented - good quality fabrics/curtains/bedding. Once settled in the room it was obvious the room was tired & sloppy and the room needed a good proper clean - flaky paint, chipped paintwork, dirty carpet, rotten wood, water damaged & faded marble, heavy layers of dust/dirty along the walls & floor, broken patio metal framed doors, dirty plastic chairs on the balcony. Bed was a bit too hard for my liking - but good quality sheets & bedding. Excellent shower pressure & lots of hot water. All in all - it was a lovely comfortable place to stay and I would stay again - however just be aware of the smaller details that doesnt make the resort 5star"
