「This is a brand new property with an official opening on the 1st May 26 operated by the Ascot Group. General staff are most helpful and ready to attend to your queries however limited. Our first assigned room on the 13th Floor overlooking the golf course was perfect except for the smell coming from the bathroom. A request for a change of room was done expeditiously and the rest of the stay was pleasant. 」

「Hotel is conveniently located. Many eateries nearby and next to it is a big supermarket. Room is clean but minimalist... no mini fridge and tv channels very limited. The water heater was not working but we didn't bother as we're only staying for 1 night. Overall, for the price of below Rm200, the room is ok」

「Overall speaking, it is a good experience - the staff are friendly, old fashion construction. But, really really complete on the bathroom - bathtub water drains just slow, furthermore, the construction of shower bath room just totally room, it cannot stop the water from shower "flow" out. after shower, the whole bathroom just "flood"」

「 I checked out from another hotel to go to D Kelly, and was so glad I did. The ambiance was very welcoming, modern, hi-tech, and easily found. The parking was so convenient and classy. For a hotel that gives the vibe of a 5-star, the check-in process was unmatched, slow and inefficient front desk people. The breakfast buffet was not impressive, but if you convert to US dollar, it's so cheap, so no loss there.」

「at the check in , 1. reception unable to find my booking . it take her a while to find it. only has one staff attending to one big grp check in Hotel room 1. House cleaning - checked in with room no towel n toilet roll. 2. Internet connection - not working at all despite inform the reception 3. Aircon started to leaked at 2nd night ( room 110) 」
