「First impressions: inconvenient location, steep hill, instant regret booking. No step free access on the other side, impossible to avoid hills, slopes or stairs moving around the resort. If staff had explained we could use the lift down to pull cases across (another) slope to our rooms or lift to exit at makai bar and avoid the hill that really would have made a huge difference to our experience, but no one tells you this!!! restaurants are a good 15min walk away with hills. We had extreme wind...

「Disappointing Stay - Far Below Five-Star Expectations After saving for our annual holiday, we were genuinely excited about our 12-night stay at Domes Aulus Zante. Unfortunately, the reality did not match the marketing, and we left feeling disappointed. The resort is advertised as a five-star all-inclusive property, but in our experience it was nowhere near that standard. The room showed clear signs of neglect, including rusty bathroom fixtures, stained bedding, poor housekeeping and makeshift...

「Absolutely! Here’s a polished review that highlights the positives while honestly explaining the “all-inclusive” meal schedule: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was very clean, and arriving at the property was a great experience. The area was lively and exciting, with lots of activities and things to see and do. I would especially recommend this hotel for families with children. There are multiple pools, including a water area specifically for little kids, which makes it a...
