「First time staying at this property. The room was impeccably clean. The staff were amazing. We arrived early. Our room wasn't ready yet because we arrived early and we still were able to get our key in our parking pass so that when we returned, we could take care of all of that right away. The bed was comfortable water pressure was fantastic in the shower. They do have breakfast, which was good. Thank you for a great night's day. Love the Saugatuck area. Can't go wrong.」

「Needed a break from Michigan grey January weather. Had a little “staycation”. The pool was warm and hot tub was hot. Workout room (though small) - all the machines worked. Free breakfast was adequate. Parking safe and located in a great location with restaurants and shopping nearby. Would stay again. 」

「非常好的一次住宿体验。预订时并没有注意，这家酒店在一个大学里面，是hope college的会议中心。因为是在学校里面，所以很安静。我们睡的很香。酒店在霍兰的中心，离风车公园和红灯塔都是10分钟左右的车程，很方便。在酒店附近逛街也不错。」

「There is too many noises, from refrigurator, outside, room nearby. And the bed is too soft to keep position, always fall into middle, bad experience.」

「Everything was fantastic! If I were to make one critique, less confusing parking. But it still wasn't much of an issue, we were lucky enough to find a space in the main parking lot.
