It was comfortable, and clean overall. The unit was well stocked with basics for cooking and storing leftovers. The grounds were nice, and we loved the saltwater pool and the tables by the cabana. Having free parking was great too.

Fabulous, go there stay here. Spacious with all amenities. 2 Pools, one saltwater on the beach front. Relaxing cabana area on the beach front. I can't see enough about this place... Amazing...!!

Waited a while for the manager to answer phone calls. Didn’t get to go in our room in 30 mins. Gave out wrong door code. Place is clean though

I liked the pools and the condo size, but the condo wasn’t clean. The water was shut off for a few hours and we didn’t receive a message notifying us or giving us updates on how long water would be shut off.

Our experience started off well as the property manager, Cindy, was very responsive to text. She allowed us in about an hour or so early. Upon arrival we discovered that our condo was full of bugs! There were literally hundreds of bugs all over the pillow, bed, and floor! When I contacted Cindy about that, I was dismissed as the knats being seasonal and thanks for my understanding. She didn't even offer clean bedding or housekeeping to clean the mess! In general the unit wasn't very clean. Our shower had mold in it. Parking is a nightmare as there are minimal parking spots inside the gated area. There are covered vehicles, assuming it's the condo owners' vehicles, taking up a lot of the spots. It's hard to find parking within several minutes walk and that makes it hard if you have groceries, beach equipment or small kids. It really makes you think twice about a quick trip anywhere or you might lose your spot. The grounds with pool and faux beach area are nice. The kitchen was fairly well appointed. The unit has a pull out sofa bed for guests 3 and 4. The space is so limited with the coffee tables and chair that it's super hard to get around. I would recommend this unit only for 2 people. We made do, but I would not choose this particular rental again.

We had an overall good stay at Lea Casa. Cindy was an excellent host—very communicative, caring, and considerate throughout our visit. The condo had lots of thoughtful touches like beach chairs and iceboxes, which were super handy for our beach outings. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and there were plenty of bath towels available. The AC worked great, which was a big plus in the Kona heat. We also appreciated having a small mart within walking distance. There were a couple of drawbacks: the patio screen door was ripped, and unfortunately, bugs came in. I ended up using masking tape to block the holes. Also, there was a morning with no water for about four hours due to a temporary shutoff, which was a bit inconvenient. The WiFi was slow but functional. Despite these minor issues, the place was clean and overall a great value.

Nice place to stay

Nice clean condo with updates. The salt water pool on the beach was the best. All of the other people were friendly and it felt like a community. I would stay there again.
