「我們花了每晚USD$230左右的住宿費，但得到的卻是如同motel般的服務！ 雖然號稱是度假村，但基本上這裡提供的服務是0!! 所有東西都是自助的，沒有vallet parking，沒有room service，連美日的清掃服務都沒有(需額外花費才能擁有清掃服務)。 若expedia在訂房時有告知這一點，我想我不會選擇這個飯店！ 相同的住房價格在Lahaina或是Kaanapali beach附近可以住到很不錯的三至四星度假村！可以享有更好的服務！」

「The property was cute and quaint. If using GPS, it was a little difficult to find. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The air conditioning unit worked. It would’ve been nice for the air conditioning unit to have been on when I arrived so that the room wouldn’t have been as hot, but that’s just a minor thing. The hot tub wasn’t working when I was there, but that was OK with me as I wouldn’t have used it, but if that’s something that you would pick the location for, you just might want...

Although the building itself seems a bit older, it’s very clean and well maintained, so I was overall very satisfied with my stay. The location is also excellent—Napili Bay is only about a one-minute walk away, and Kapalua Bay Beach is roughly a 10-minute walk. It was perfect for enjoying the area.」
