「There are two Kakwele Lodges. The one we stayed at was further from the airport in a back street of Lusaka, about a 20 minute drive. We were charged $15 for each of the 4 journeys to and from the airport, which I considered to be excessive. The room at the lodge was adequate, but a little cramped (especially the shower). Lighting was dim with no bedside or desk light. There were broken loose tiles around the small pool. Service was friendly but less than prompt. Although we had only one of...

「We arrived at the location to check in and the groundskeeper could not understand why we were there. We called the number listed and the owner didn’t k ow why we were there and said that he rpirperty wasn’t even listed on Expedia!!! BUT Expedia deducted the money from our account!!!! So we looked at a room that was open (which was the room we booked) and it was being used as the trash room!!! Stacked to the ceiling with debris and trash!!! It was the worst service and experience to date...
