「Wi-Fi一会就掉，连了几次还是用自己的网，咖啡机的咖啡需要付费，住房也是按人头算费用的，不管你需不需要加床，在泳池游泳时服务生会三番五次询问需不需要点东西，不点都不好意思了，除了泳池很棒，客人的体验感差了些，其实可以做的很好的！酒店还是不错的！」

「Vilken pärla! Allt var superbra, från mottagandet vid incheckningen till utcheckningen! Omtänksamma, flexibla, hjälpsamma, bra engelska. Rummet var rent, fräscht och hade det man behövde. Ett trevligt allmänt utrymme med stolar och bord som visserligen var rätt så bullrigt från huvudgatan direkt utanför men ändå nice utrymme. Läget var bra med närhet till stranden(bara att smita ner tvärs över gatan) och området med butiker och restauranger. Vi är väldigt nöjda att vi hittade Sams...

「At the end of our Sri Lanka holiday we decided to spend a bit more on our Unawatuna hotel & were not disappointed. We had large rooms with loads of space, kitchen, really comfy beds, excellent views from our balconies. The staff were helpful & the pool lovely. We did book nicer rooms that some there & didn't eat so can't comment on the food. It's a bit of a walk or a short Tuk Tuk ride to the main tourist area or a beach but that also means it's quiet there.」
