「Second time staying here and love it just as much as the first time. The pools and beach are as good as you can get. The food and restaurant options really tick all the boxes. Staff are all friendly and super helpful. We love the location of this hotel from Dubai Marina, JBR Beach, and really everything. You are in walking distance to so much and or not a far taxi ride to other options. Would for sure come back to this hotel. If I could make a recommendation I would maybe have music playing more...

「The Grosvenor House and staff were amazing . Nothing was too much trouble . We were upgraded to a suite which was incredible. I would never stay anywhere else in Dubai . The Buddha bar and pool and staff were our favourites .」

「Our family stayed in the 3BD/3.5BA, Marina View Room. It was a very clean contemporary, spacious suite with a beautiful view of the Dubai Marina. Shopping and dining were walkable, located on the Marina. The customer service was impeccable, from the front desk, vale, housekeeping, restaurant, lounge, in-room dining and gym. 「We stayed at the deluxe suite for a week during cny break. It was a great stay! Room was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Azure beach club was nice. The wooden gym and open class area by the beach was cute. The only down side is the traffic. Cuz it is located JBR and it’s a very popular touristy area. I guess that’s a trade off if u want beach and convenience. Would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. 」

It’s an absolute minor detail and maybe just got unlucky, but the service time to order/get cocktails was a bit long sometimes but other than that, a perfect stay in a great location.
