The staff at the hotel are amazing. They go above and beyond what is required of them. The hotel is so clean and well maintained and the gym is amazing. My only moan about five lux is the fact you gave up pay 1000 dir to sit the closest the pool. You do get to have this back on booze and food but for someone who doesn’t drink it’s a waste of time. I really feel this should be looked at for returning guests like myself. It’s expensive and unfair.

The location is exceptional, and the staff is remarkably accommodating. The views are stunning, complemented by the helpful and pleasant demeanor of the team members. While there was a slight delay in addressing special requests submitted via Expedia, my needs were ultimately fulfilled upon arrival. It appears that Expedia communications are not always reviewed promptly. Nevertheless, I would certainly consider a return visit.

The FIVE LUXE Hotel is the best place ever. It’s has everything that I needed to make my life complete. From the Paradiso Rooftop Lounge/Bar, Clean Rooms with Great Staff Service. The Amenities and the hotel Bathroom had everything that my wife I needed. The Room Mini Bar was very well stocked. The entire staff from the time we checked into the hotel was amazing. The location is perfect for your everyday activities. The Dive Bar (Goose Bar) connected to the hotel was great. The swimming pool, shisha and bar were amazing as well. The Cielo Restaurant food and staff was exceptional. We really enjoyed this place and will tell the world about it.

The hotel staff were VERY INVASIVE. My room was entered multiple times without consent by different members of the staff at different hours, claiming they were ringing the bell. At check-out I was standing for more than 10 mins not being acknowledged by staff, I placed the room key over the counter and left. The security and parking staff were the only people with manners.
