「another morning we asked for towels when we went out for the day and was told the room was full service so they would be replaced, when we returned in the late afternoon no towels so we asked again and they brought towels. the next morning I told the desk clerk that the room hasn't been cleaned since we arrived, that day it was cleaned but no toilet paper or washcloths. Out of 5 days stay our room was cleaned the last 2 days. Breakfast was nice but children size portions and no seconds. It is...

「We had an excellent couple of nights at this beautiful bed-and-breakfast. It’s conveniently located near Forsyth Park and the trolley line. We pretty much walked everywhere including down to the river. We had wonderful meals out and we also had amazing meals at the bed-and-breakfast. We especially enjoyed our encounters with Larry the chef. He was so pleasant and personable. And his food was delicious. I didn’t catch the gal who cooked this morning, but her breakfast was incredible. Some of the...

「We booked the opal suite. It was just as the pictures looked, except maybe even better! There are 2 units on each floor. Opal was on the top and we loved sitting in the little sun room in the comfy blue chairs. There is also a small couch but not big enough for sleeping (love seat sized). The checkin instructions with pictures via the virtual checkin desk were super helpful! The elevator worked without issues. Great location! We didn't have a problem getting parking on the street. Some noise...

「I want to start by saying that I gave this a three stars because this hotel definitely has potential. The normal amenities of a Hilton are missing and housekeeping needs a definite overall our room was not cleaned for three days despite numerous requests. I feel like this hotel could be a top-of-the-line hotel in that area with just a few tweaks. The hotel itself is beautiful the bathroom, the shower, beautiful, and the restaurant that’s attached is very very good with a very wonderful staff...
