The staff was extremely kind and helpful and made sure we had everything needed for a wonderful and comfortable stay. They arranged spa treatments, laundry cleaning and answered any questions we had day or night. We enjoyed most meals at the restaurant located on the property and the food was delicious. "Front desk, staff and manager, we’re very helpful in managing and finding a solution to an issue I had and for that I am grateful. The property was gorgeous beautifully and tastefully decorated. However, you are near the monkey forest so they will be around the hotel, but they do not bother anyone unless you have eye contact with them which is not good so just keep walking. Great area as well lots of food to eat and things to do like the swing and zip line. They also have a restaurant and a bakery on premises, which is also very good. Thank you for everything."

"A superb hotel. Spent a week here in July 2026. Received a very warm welcome upon arrival and checked in to a standard room, more than adequate, spacious with a walk in shower and bath room. Bed was super comfy and huge! The pool area is more than adequate with sun beds available at all hours of the day. The pool has a great view over the nearby forest. Took advantage of the spa which provided excellent treatment, a little bit of extra luxury. The breakfast is very good with all you’d expect from a buffet catering to all cultural tastes. The 2 restaurants are good, although you may wish to go farther afield for some authentic Indonesian cuisine. Plenty available. The staff are super attentive, always around to serve at the pool or dining facilities. Always a sincere friendly greeting. The hotel Is about a 15 minute cheap taxi out of Ubud away from the busy areas. Only minor read for improvement would be room balcony, ours was a little shabby and not so Inviting as it was very close to the main road. Maybe request a room facing away from the road if affected by noise. Overall we would definitely visit again and recommend to any wishing to visit Ubud."

The breakfast was excellent, and the yoga sessions and morning walks were wonderful experiences. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely love to come back!"

"I can only echo what so many others have said—I had a fantastic stay at Arkamara Dijiwa Ubud as a solo traveler. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel incredibly welcome and well looked after. The property is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to relax while still being a short trip from central Ubud. My room was comfortable, spotless, and had everything I needed for a restful stay. What really stood out was the genuine warmth and kindness of the staff. They made traveling alone feel effortless and helped make my time in Ubud even more special. The only negative in my opinion was the food. I had breakfast every day and one dinner at the restaurant, and nothing was wrong with it. However, nothing particularly stood out; it was just average. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone, especially solo travelers looking for a tranquil and welcoming retreat."
