"The woman who checked us in last night was so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We had to leave very early this morning to get my son, who was home from the military, to the airport to get back to his base. We were in a hurry, but the doors wouldn't open and nobody was around. We were kind of hollering "hello". Then a very nice man came out and aologized, and explained to us that there were some issues with people in the parking lot who had been drinking, so the doors were locked. Although we were in a hurry, the wait was quick, and we feel the gentleman did exactly what he should have in order to keep guests safe. We did not have garmet bags in either of our rooms, and we did need one for my son's civilian clothing, but we made it work. We let the gentleman know that, and he apologized and noted it in the system. This was our 2nd time staying there due to early flights, and we were just as pleased this time as the first. 5 stars for sure!"

"Breakfast was great the second morning, but we got there at 920 am the first morning and they serving at 930 am. So we were lucky to get what we got. And what we got was really good. Rooms were very clean. We had an issue with noise new years eve, but that is to be expected. The front desk attendant ( I wish I knew her name because she was awesome) gave us a different room that was even better than the first one. "

"Booked last minute while traveling through and needed a quick overnight stay. Upon entering, the lobby was very inviting with beautiful Christmas decorations and a warm fireplace—especially appreciated given how cold it was outside. We visited the on-site Irish pub to watch Sunday night football and were greeted by friendly staff. It was also great that both the hotel and pub are dog-friendly, allowing us to bring our pup along. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. We would definitely stay here again."
