The hotel in general was well run and the staff overall were impressive. A hotel can be luxurious and nicely decorated etc but what makes the real difference is the staff. We wanted to say thank you.」
「The servers at breakfast buffet should be more proactive in waiting on the customers, not just clearing their dishes. Offering them another cup of coffee or tea. Instead of standing in the corner chatting with each other. Almost every day I had to tell them they ran out of coffee or cay. Also, the coffee machine that made special coffees, only worked 1 day out of 5.」

Modern, spacious lobby, rooms and other hotel areas.
Great big gym with a lot of heavy weight as well as cardio and other machines (Right now: 21 July 2025 gym is under renovation, so everything is moved to smaller area, still better than most of the hotel gyms. Renovation should be finished in 2 months)
Outdoor and indoor pool, beautiful spa area with hairdresser and nail saloon.
