Our experience was very pleasant. Room was very clean and the Bosphorus view was breathtaking. Staff were nice and helpful. The hotel only accepts married couples. They also offer a prayer mat at the room. They have a prayer room too. Unfortunately the hotel’s indoor Restaurant is gloomy though.

This is a fantastic location on the Bosphorus with stunning views. The rooms are spacious and very nicely furnished. One gets the feeling of staying at a seaside mansion. Alcohol is not served at this property. For its own reasons, the hotel only accepts married couples. The area has many dining options, including some of the best seafood.

Needs maintenance

The phones were not working both by bedside or bathroom and the safe was displaying a LowBattery message. The hallways have a fragrance infuser that is a little too heavy. Beds are very comfortable and amenities are over the top, they included everything you can think about, down to hair comb, wash cloth with scrubber, shaving cream and razor, sleepers and toothbrush/toothpaste. That is something totally commendable, good job!

Outstanding

Perfect location with a high standard luxurious accommodation. Extremely attentive staff with prompt service and a cosy atmosphere. Delicious salad ordered to the room. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed including a nespresso coffee machine. Highly recommended for a weekend in Istanbul.

room was ok, location is great and staff was always friendly. What I did not like was the following; hotel description clearly states free self parking however there is no parking lot instead, they rented a small pocket from the city and although it could have been ok, parking there and getting out has proven to be unsafe and problematic because it is on a single lane road where you block the traffic and people drive fast there, futhermore you first need to alert the valet because there are locked metal poles which they need to unlock when you come in and get out. It is just too much hassle for self parking. Second problem is that the hotel sent me a message after booking and stated that I am not supposed to bring a partner to the hotel unless I can present a wedding certificate, I mean this is just not acceptable, what century are we at? and Why is this communicated after the booking via private messaging. I traveled alone for business but still did not like the policy. Last but not least, as I was checking out, the power was off because rain came in the building, there was a big pool of water from the roof right to the reception so clearly they have some improvement to do.

Bosphorus and bridge view for the best price

It’s a wonderful hotel! Classic and not so many rooms. To stay here feels like to be the part of a traditional, elegant Turkish family. Deserves to get 10/10. The staff provides the highest quality of the Turkish hospitality service. Including Valet parking. The deluxe room is perfect for one person but still enough for two people if you love each other. If you need bigger space you can choose the bigger room with the balcony instead of complaining about the room size. The room prices are totally worth it. The view is magical and the neighbourhood is one of the best. You can see the 3rd bridge from your window and if you walk/drive you can find perfect bridge-watching spots. Many fancy or quiet or traditional bars, restaurants are nearby within 0.2-10 km, boat station, yacht rental, national and international kitchens. You can walk on the shore or you can have a 100-300TL taxi ride. I highly recommend to stay here. This opinion was written by someone who tried at least 30 of the 4-5 stars hotels of Istanbul.

Great View!! Amazing location!!..Friendly staff and everywhere is in walking distance. BUT here is the story i have to share with people like ourselves , who really pays attention to others opinions and internet reviews . I have booked the room by my friends recommendations. As soon as i have completed booking , have received and email stating that " unmarried couples are prohibited to stay in the Hotel , thanks for your understanding. " . Let's say you don't have your marriage certificate with you on your trip , if you look young enough to be just ordinary couples , even by PAYING THE FULL AMOUNT THROUGH EXPEDIA , they might say you cannot stay in the hotel. When i tried to reach the Hotel management , they said it's an automatic reply goes to everyone as soon as the reservation is completed. Even though we are married over 20 years it really bothered me . We are in 21st century and who cares about your legal status as long as you go pay the amount and go by the rules and don't bother anyone. My point is , it's a great hotel with very friendly staff BUT the management's mentality is from middle age era. Whoever decides to stay there just be aware that's all!!
