"Clean room and bathroom. Pictures make it look darker and worse than what we experienced. The restaurant (Aliments Kitchen) had excellent food at a very reasonable price. The fries were perfect. We had issues with our AC in our room and we sought out a fan at 11pm and one of the maintenance staff was able to help us fairly quickly. Breakfast was standard fair including hot and cold options. Wide selection. Everything tasted fresh and delicious."

"This was a convenient location downtown. We had a suite and I liked that there was some separation from the bedroom. The Fitness room was good and well equipped. I had to move stationary bike in order to watch the TV as it was World Cup. The unicorn restaurant beside and the Starbucks were very convenient. We had a lovely fast meal at the unicorn. The only glitch was the elevator requires your card key and it would move so quickly, and the card reader was slow, so sometimes the elevator would take off to a different floor before we’ve had a chance to select ours, but a minor glitch."

"Beautiful hotel, located in a historic building, combining traditional look and feel with modern amenities. Exceptionally well maintained, luxurious interior, with great attention to detail. Fantastic staff, courteous, attentive. Labrador Hendrix is the best VP of Guest Relations! I only wish food and drinks were more reasonably priced. Paying $8 for a cup of tea made with a prepackaged teabag or $40 for a hamburger is absurd."
