"I inadvertently booked a room where i had to walk down the hall to my bathroom. The very nice hotel manager was able to put me in a different room the next night. As an older person I appreciated that. This place grew on me. Its so near Old Salem and downtown. I was able to walk to many of my activities. "

"The Summit Street Inns was a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are gorgeous and the staff is lovely and super accommodating. The breakfast was in an elegant room with lots of variety. The cook even cooked my husband freshly cooked eggs! I highly recommend this wonderful historic house. It has a wonderful ambiance and is close to lots of restaurants. "

"Hotel was clean and staff was nice but area was a bit shady. Lots of pot smoking in parking lot, and back of motel is facing a loud freeway where you can see mattresses and homeless people. Pool was closed ( it was spring so not too disappointed but would have loved to have been able to sit outside. I had taken my daughter to see a friend so was taking a couple of days to relax and hotel was not really conducive for that."

"The facility has been upgraded sometime in recent years, but there are a few areas that still show some age. Elevator door and frame, shower faucet and knobs, room doors, but overall pretty good. Staff was very good. Lots of choices for breakfast buffet. Stayed here twice in last year."
