「The apartment is in NEED OF SERIOUS MAINTENANCE. THE Mattress covers all had holes and stains it was disgusting. Possible bed bug infestation. The outlets are not covered properly and some have no covers. There were holes in the walls. Roaches crawling on counter in kitchen and in bathroom. It was terrible and then nobody repsonded until the next day. We would not even leave our bags down. We walked in called and didnt get a response and left immediately after taking photos and video. 「Good amount of space, beds & pillows were comfortable. Hosts were responsive. House was clean. My only complaint was that power went out for about 5 hours and it was hot! I also didn’t like that it was high up on a long road with many turns and barely visible street signs. This aside, it was fine with enough room for all.」

「The nearby beaches! We didn’t swim, but got excellent photos and videos with sunset and sunrise. It’s almost 2-hour drive from the SJ airport, we picked it for the expected quiet and beautiful environment, and we got that. The unit is very spacious, nice and clean, partial ocean view from the balcony. 」

「EXCELLENT! Spectacular view. Very scenic. Small inn with the pool, restaurant, bar, beach all in one. The room is simple but clean. The restaurant has good food that was reasonably priced. Great staff. Lots of beaches nearby. Excellent area for surfers. Absolutely enjoyed our stay here & would love to go back. 」
