"The manager on duty (Jackson, I believe) was very good at managing the situation. He made sure that I was alright and explained the steps that he took and is taking to help me. I was a bit frazzled, but he managed to step in with a great attitude considering the situation, called the local police and within half an hour he called me with the great news that my lost items will be delivered at 9:00pm, which they were. 5-stars "

"Check-in was quick & easy, greeted by the friendly hosts & a furry one too. Parking is free on-site but only after 1pm on check-in day till 12pm on check-out day Room was cosy & comfy with an amazing view. Had a nice seating area inside & a verendah outside to soak up the views. Room is also clean-ish (except for the high ceilings but understandably), came thoughtfully equipped with everythg we might need. Would definitely recommend for a cosy stay in 九份 even though it's 430 over steps below 老街 😅"

"Friendly staff, helped us check in and get around. Lovely place just the stairs climbing up and down the place is a little tough. Still a beautiful location and lovely nature. "
