"We were visiting Bangladesh from Canada. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had with any hotel internationally. The check in time was very delayed. They could not give us a meal after we ordered one. The toilet did not flush properly, Washroom door did not close. Our room’s faucet/shower only had hot water. The staff and general manager were liars and did not give any apology. There is no shuttle service although they advertised this. I would give this place a 0 star if there was an option for this."

The location is a safe area, near the diplomatic quarter and close to a main commercial hub. The route to and from the airport is via the highway"

"The cleaning staff stole my money from the room and hotel management did not do anything about it. The room was noisy and full of cigarette smell even the room was non smoking. Bathroom was dated and shower did not work either. Rubbish hotel with rubbish staff. Will avoid this like plague in future. "

"Stayed with family in jr suite. Excellent accommodation! Staff was extremely friendly! Shuddat was an excellent server. The breakfast menu was fantastic. Roof top swimming pool and view is one of kind. "
